If you’re a solopreneur mediator and don’t have the benefit of the technological infrastructure of a large-scale operation firm, then you may be interested in this little program for tracking your billable time.

TraxTime is a straightforward, simple program that opens a small window on your screen. You can designate a project, punch yourself in and out of time on that project, and run quick reports that summarize the time spent in a day, week, month, quarter, year or since the start.

I tried it out and found it super easy to download, install and use, right out of the box, so to speak. It’s intuitive to use but also provides good basic documentation. It doesn’t have lots of bells and whistles, but that’s good in this case, as it keeps the price reasonable. What it does it does well.

You can take TraxTime for a test ride before buying; purchase is $39.00 US, for PCs only.
